Need Help!! G750jw. Random crashes.

I got this PC new for Christmas. It was running smooth until a while ago. It has started to randomly restart or crash ( PC on, black screen and the hdd and wifi led begin blinking).

Also I saw a message that said: the PC ran into some trouble..... to learn more of the error search online for MEMORY MANAGEMENT.

Please let me know what you think.

please download memtest tool to check it memory, or you can dismantle memory to test.

i had this problem also.

to fix it i had to go to device manager and remove/uninstall Nvidia sound drivers, they conflict with the onboark realtek drivers and cause system crashes .. let me know how u get on!

Thanks for the help.
Little background on the problem:
When I got the PC I installed an SSD. The OS was in the HDD and everything was fine until I did the Windows 8.1 upgrade, that's when the problem started. I moved the OS to the SSD and still had the problem.

I took Pitcher's advice and took out the only accessible ram module on the PC ( comes with 3 4GB sticks) and the HDD it came with. Haven't had any problems since.

Could it be possible the HDD it came with had defects?

UPDATE!!!
I tested the PC without the RAM stick and HDD. Great, no problems.
I put back the RAM stick that I took out and still no crashes or restarts.
That leaves the HDD as the bad hardware?
