Asus K53U problem

Hello,
The issue is that I've stuck at the ASUS logo screen. Can't enter BIOS or anything, it's just frozen.
So what I've tested is:
- Trick with power button/removing battery and power cable.
- Removing HDD.
- Removing DDR.

Nothing is connected to laptop.
Laptop was working fine, all i did was switching boot priority to USB, i was going to re-install windows.
I did it zillion times, never encountered something like this, at simple task as this.

I presume that it's hardware problem (even if it would be weird, happening just after changing boot priority), but if there's anything else i can test ...
Looking forward for testing solutions.

Best Regards,
Arnon
