yes a CL7 need at least a 7 tWCL to perform good..

But if the latency boundary is slow, that tWCL 7 is still going to be pretty slow, if i understand it right..

anyone else may have a better answer..

yes the maximus PSC profile is not very tight... not tight at all

the tighter, the more juice they claim..

Maybe tWCL 7 will run on the other PSC kit, like I said I don't think the first one is the best around.

They should run @2800Mhz with raw Mhz profile right? Can't get that to boot on they Ivy, might be IMC though.

I can get it above 2800Mhz(2828Mhz) with BLCK tweaking from 2666Mhz, don't know if that rules out the IMC though?

just ran my 8320 with the trident x and really :-(
or can i make any magic with this bench?
think i'm going to give the girl next door this amd system and put under the bridge the P55 system she's using, just for fun

if you compare to a intel system, the AMD is slower..

Damn i would like to see a super cpu series from AMD, and a new cpu bracket..

I was playing around with Realbench and figured I'd do a run of Maxxmem, I must have done something right. Don't know what though, the timings are not tight and the clock is not high.

Nice Paw, my CFR will do about the same 2133 CL9 and 2400 CL10.

Sure, they are almost for free (20 usd at fleabay?), and the IC's are the same as many of the 200 USD kits got

they do 2900mhz CL12, but this IMC wont..
