Good Day,

A few days ago I got the G750JW. I use vent ALOT. The problem is completely random, but after a random amount of time the built-in mic will go all muffled and very weak. Everyone says they can hear me fine 1 min and the next they can't understand a word I say. I am hoping to find a fix, if I can't by Thursday I will be exchanging it and hope I had a faulty unit. It works fine with a jack mic plugged in. I have tried updating realtek drivers and the chipset drivers. Anyone have any idea what would cause this. The only solution I can find online is "Use a headset" which is fine, but I just spent a fair bit of money on a computer and it should work.
