M6E PCIe population question

Hi Guys,

I have a question/Problem regarding the Population of the Red PCIe Slots on the M6E. I currently have 2x ATI R9 290X Crossfire (the first two red Slots) and a 10GBE NIC (3rd red Slot). Whenever I try the NIC in the 4th red Slot, it doesn't get detected. I also tried another NIC from another manufacturer in that Slot and it still is not recognized (but also works in the 3rd red Slot). I am planning to buy a Hardware raid Controller but I am worried that it won't be detected either. Do you have any advice? (All PCIe Slots are actived via dip Switch). Thanks, Christian

the manual sais when running 2 gpu cards that the 2nd should be installed in the first black slot (b2 I think).

so maybe fix that and see if it fixes ur issue

If you install a Card in the B2 Slot (Black) all other Slots (except the first red one) get disabled (according to Manual and tested). But all red Slots should work simultaneously, right? So why is the NIC not detected in the last Slot?
