Not sure how it was flagged, maybe a malicious upload or something.

Looks like Russian hackers got in to the site and successfully redirected a portion of users. (Which is why Google flagged this domain)

It also doesn't help that the site is running an older version of vBulletin

JUST recently? As of 3 hours ago? Or before? Just to confirm it's Google Servers, not me personally.

I would hold of visiting the forums until ASUS resolves this.

I'm currently accessing the site from a VM.

From Google:

Of the 125 pages we tested on the site over the past 90 days, 25 page(s) resulted in malicious software being downloaded and installed without user consent. The last time Google visited this site was on 2014-02-07, and the last time suspicious content was found on this site was on 2014-02-07.
Malicious software includes 3 exploit(s). Successful infection resulted in an average of 2 new process(es) on the target machine.

Malicious software is hosted on 1 domain(s), including [removed for your protection]
This site was hosted on 9 network(s) including AS701 (UUNET), AS20940 (AKAMAI-ASN1), AS7922 (COMCAST-7922).

They need to patch to the latest version of vBulletin (4.2) and that should close some of the holes.

Thanks for confirming, Destructis. Elune damn you, Google.

And thanks Shawn for that message.

I wonder what the malicious code was though. Maybe someone linked a program as an attachment that fixes someone's issue though the registry or what not. Who knows.. either way, annoying.

Guess for my "safety" I'll steer clear of the forums for a little while. ;c (not ;d )

I'm also accessing the forum through a VM. No detection software that I've ran so far has identified anything suspicious. Until this is resolved it is best to be cautious. All threads regarding this have been merged here.
