Problem sound

Well, i have a problem, especfic in the games...

For example, in Windows, no problem, listening music and see videos, but, the time at play, the game not have sound, but play music in Winamp and run game, only listen the music, the game nothing.
This happen in Battlefield 4 and Crysis 3, who were the games I tested

Someone have a this error or bug?

This is a official forum of Asus and nothing???
Change mi sound card Creative for this product and sound is crashed in games and nothins help me???
