What does "Xtreme Tweaking" do in the Extreme Tweaker tab ?

I´ve been searching for an answer..but have yet to find any !

What in the name of sweet baby jeezzuz does this one do...and do I gain anything in 24/7 usage ?!?

You can have it enabled or disabled. Enabled might give you better benchmark scores, might also help to get a few more MHz when pushing your machine to the very edge. Other than that you can leave it disabled.

i was hopeing someone would have a more detailed answer !

Just helps with 3D mark 2001 - no use to a 24/7 system nor does it help with stability. You can leave it disabled safely without worrying 🙂

So what exactly does it do? How does it help? Any comparison scores out there? I don't know which of the tweaks has greater impact. For example, would I be better off with Xtreme Tweaking disabled and Core Cache Min/Max raised from 42 to 50 OR with Xtreme Tweaking enabled, but Core Cache Min/Max left at 42?

When I keep it enabled, my PC freezes from time to time and memory testing generates errors.
