HELP! keyboad light not functioning

HI, i have model G750JH
my bios version is 203JHA, i have updated to Bios 204JHA (the latest one i have seen)
since i have updated it, i have problem with the keyboard light-its not functioning!
can anyone tell me what to do?

Have you tried running the keyboard combination while the BIOS is initializing? If it runs there, then the liklihood is an issue with the keyboard (ATK) driver. Try uninstalling and reinstalling that, and see if it helps.
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!
