Hmm Win 8 can get really well corrupted after a few BSODs and refreshing will often not do the job. A clean install on a secure erase should do the trick and of course at BIOS stock settings when you do it. 1.7v for DDR3 RAM for a bit should be no problem...

Dude!!! I thought initially that the thumbnail was of a strange landing grid array or something, but no, it's your desktop!!
And I thought I let mine get too busy at times!!
Agree with the above comments, if you can get to the desktop the motherboard's fine. Even just a successful post validates much of the motherboard.

Hmm not sure about the secure erase usually your SSD would come with some software/toolbox for doing this....don't Samsung have something for this? The RIVBE has this in BIOS but the RIVE not unfortunately. Or just delete the existing partitions and format the disk if you can't secure erase....you can do that as part of the fresh install process...

So Its good now...
The problem, was I couldn't download/install anything so even if I did find my samsung iutility it probably wouldn't have worked...
Win8 disk had a reset option where it would clean the OS drive which in this case was the SSD
haven't re OC'd it yet but its up n running mostly normally
Firefox wasn't allowing me to make bookmarks
and seeing as I am on forums alot I use my desktop to save image files I plan on uploading, Plus OC stress softwares, and games adds upRIVE C1 3930K @ 4.8 3 ASUS GTX 680 DC2T 250gbSamsung 840 TLC SSD dimastech hardv2.5
