Maximus VI Hero - New Build - No Video

EDIT: Problem Solved (See Posts Below)

I just build a new PC and with just bare bones installed I cannot for the life of me get it to show any video on my monitor. I have updated the BIOS to the most recent, and back tracked 3 more just to see if it worked using the BIOS flash back. I have tried multiple monitors with different cables and types of connections. I have taken apart and reseated everything. Right now I just have the motherboard, CPU (w/ cooler), ram in one slot (tried all 4 slots), just 1 SSD running. Yes, I have both connectors plugged into the motherboard. As of right now it runs through all the codes and stops on "AE". I have ran out of Ideas....

Build:
-Maximus VI Hero Motherboard
-Core I7 4770K
-Zalman 9900A
-16gig (8x2) G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3-2133
-Samsung 840 Evo
-Corsair HX850
-CoolerMaster 922HAF
-EVGA GTX780

Welcome to the forum!

When you say you have "both connectors plugged into the motherboard", which ones are you referring to?
Intel i9 10850K@ 5.3GHz
ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E
Corsair H115i Pro XT
G.Skill TridentZ@ 3600MHz CL14 2x16GB
EVGA RTX 3090 Ti FWT3 Ultra
OS: WD Black SN850 1TB NVMe M.2
Storage: WD Blue SN550 2TB NVMe M.2
EVGA SuperNova 1200 P2
ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601

The 24 and 8 Pin. One on the right middleish side and the top left.

Edit: Oh and thanks for the welcome!

Code AE is a legacy boot event, do you have the OS installed yet?
Have you cleared the CMOS recently?
Make sure that your Samsung SSD is plugged into one of the Intel SATA ports.
Also make sure that AHCI Mode (default) is selected in the bios under the SATA options.

@ NemesisChild - No OS installed yet (never had video working on this build), cleared CMOS, SSD is in an Intel SATA port, can't navigate Bios (No video)

@ewind - Ill do that today, only thing I didn't reseat because the heatsink is hell getting on.

EDIT: Cleared CMOS again, now i get hang on Code A2 (Still no Video)

EDIT: Ok I am retarded... and the problem has been solved!!!!! Apparently... I really don't want to tell you all this but if it helps out anyone later on, it would be worth it... My monitor has ... different input options that I seemed to negate. I changed it from VGA to HDMI 1 while I paced around the system in frustration. Mind you, I did try a few other monitors with no video but everything is going well now. Thanks all who tried to help.

Take the board out the case, inspect the CPU socked for bent bins ... if none replace the CPU/cooler add one stick of ram, and installed the video card into PCIe 1. Connect the 24pin and 8pin and video card connections and CPU cooler. Power up the unit and see if you get video. I always test stuff out side the case first. If you can test the card on other system board maybe a spare or a friends. You can also test it by using the onboard video.

After reading the post a few times, I gathered that the onboard (CPU) had no video as well.
