Hello guys. Here's my problem, I have an internet speed of 9.75mbps the max ISP here in the Philippines is 10mbps my download max is 1.2mbps but my problem starts when i clean install windows 8 pro. I can't download my normal download mbps. I started to see the speedtest.net but my internet speed seems to be ok. What's the problem here? is it my laptop's LAN/WLAN? Please help.
