Hi gents,

Realbench score
http://rog.asus.com/realbench/show_comment.php?id=361

MB : ASUS Rampage IV extreme
RAM : Corsair Vengence Pro 8GB 2133 MHz DDR3
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX TITAN 6GB
SSD: Plextor 128GB M5S
HDD: WD 1TB
Fan: Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i
Power Supply: Coolmax 950W 140mm
BD/DVD: Asus Bluray
Windows: 8.1 64bit Pro
Processor: i7 3930k
Case: Thermaltake level 10 GT military
Monitor: Sony 47" LED

Tomorrow I am planning to change from i7 3930k & RIVE to i7 4960x & RIVE BE. Moreover, my friend want to buy my RIVE and 3930k for $800. Are those thing worth to change/sell or not ? If not, any suggestion that I can upgrade my pc. BTW, my current score (95528) for realbench is it good enough ? I am optimizing/OC`ed my PC with some HivizMan advices from my previous post. Thank you.

Well, no not in any real sense they're not but being a PC enthusiast is not about sensible....do you fancy learning OCing again, taking the next ticket in the silicon lottery? If yes then go for it...your friend will be happy with a new rig too 😉 everybody wins.

that is a good Realbench score...tweaks, tighter RAM timings, higher OCs...Realbench likes all these things....we like all these things...we like Realbench..

This.
If you're a PC enthusiast that buys the maximum-end components then you're the only person who benefits from this new tick.
Haswell-E is bringing 8 cores and DDR4 (which is supposed to be more OCable) to the table, which makes it huge for OCers. I think we'll see a lotof record breaking in the CPU zone when the i7-59xxK cpus are released.
But by no means will Haswell and IB-E be "outdated". Or even SB-E and IB.
