R4BE OC confusion, need help

I am a little confused. Spent 4H yesterday following the OC guide. Aiming for lowest voltage for a clock speed.
So I lower my 2400MHz kit to 2133. Suddenly the old issue with write speed being 44GB/sec vs read at 60GB/sec moved around and I was getting 58GB/sec both way. which i preferred as balance always looks healtier.

Come home today and the system was hung on one of the data drive connected to asmedia was stuck. Moved the drive connector back to the Intel 3gbps port.
Power back up and system comes up set for 4.5GHz but stock at 39. Reload default optimized value, save, then reload the profile I saved yesterday for my 4.5GHz OC. But now the memory write speed with aida is 39GB/s and read at 56GB/sec.

43 worked at 1.26V core (-0.065 offset)
44 worked at 1.265 core ( -0.8 offset)
45 worked at 1.305 core (-0.04 offset
45 required . 1.18v for VCCSA and VTTx2

it is normal to get varying results from one day to the next? Is my CPU degrading at the speed of light or would you suspect the ram 4x8GB to be at cause?

I have this baby on water for everything except the memory. Do I need to reflash the bios?
bios is 0602. remaining info in the sig.

You may need to enter the DRAM timings manually (all secondary and tertiary) - on Auto they will changes you manipulate clock speeds or between ReBOOTs if the system is not 100% stable.

After changing RAM speed to 2400 from 2133 it set itself in a good spot. 63 GB/sec read, 65GB/sec write and 55ns latency all on auto. My multplyer is back down to 44. But I'm writing these values down as a good starting point.

Entered the values for primary and secondary into the bios. Speeds still changes from reboot to reboot. write speeds moves between 38GM/sec to 65 GB/sec. what else can be affecting this. Even when all the timings are exactly the same in memtweakit the performance changes by 30 to 40%.

Also how can I convert the absolute value in Timings #3 in Mem TweakIT to the offset base in the bios?
Round Trip Latency (A) D0 R0 = 41, R1 = 41, DRAM I/O L (a) D0 R0 = 5, R1 = 5
These are set to normal or +/- 2, +/-4... in bios.

so should i write down the secondary and 3rd timing from the 2133 speed and see if I can edge to these values at 2400MHz? lowering write CAS (tWCL) causes a quick power off. Should I assume that it is the DDR current capability that needs increasing?

curiously VCSA at 1.12 works better than 1.2. stable for prime95 at 45GHz/1.12 but increasing VCCSA at the same clock speed causes WHEA parity error. does it makes sense? I test with prime95 and aida64 for stability.

Thanks for the reply Raja.

side question: i've installed XSPC water block on the chipset and the power mosfet. is this a cause for a void waranty?

Yep, write down the timings and hard set them. Tighten the ones you can to get as much bandwidth as you can - where possible.

Explain the VCCSA part in more detail - the sentence is ambiguous.

Any damage caused while installing the block, or by use of the block will void your warranty - as it is deemed as user-modification.

its x79 divider problem and not fixable but by intel. you cant do really anything about it..............just run your mem
@2133mhz with tighter timings ..

More likely an issue with software and how the system is caching when the memory test is being run than it is with the timings moving around without you knowing it.

Bought aida64 expecting it to be reliable. If I set memory at 2133 and use bclk to get to 2400 I get very good results.

Nah aida64 is fine, essentially your answer is just a few links down from this thread...
It's a bios bug.
