New LCD Screen but Old Resolution??? Help?

I just recently purchased a 46vw and it came with a stock 768p Screen. I decided to do an upgrade and got it a 1600x900p screen from ebay, and The installation was really smooth. But I still do not have the option for changing my resolution to 900p. Im running on 8.1 pro.

Try this:
First off, you should uninstall your graphics card drivers.
Boot the computer in to safe mode, enter "Device Manager" and find the tab "Monitor". Right-click your monitor and select "Uninstall", then reboot your computer.
Then boot windows normally and reinstall the graphics driver.

Thanks but, Didnt work, tried everywhich way you suggested lol, looks like im gonna just return the screen, which is gna be a B**** to remove
