I look away from my G750JZ for 5 min, it goes black. While that feature is off on both battery and power.

    Edit: More like 3 minutes.

Check the screen saver settings in your desktop theme (right click on desktop => Personalize), it sound like the screen saver is set to Blank. Set it to None to disable. Theme settings are unique to each theme, you have to set them in each theme you use.

    Screensaver is already disabled.

It's the machine that goes to sleep mode, when I move mouse.. it take some seconds before I see the screen go on, first I heard the DVDROM make some noise and screen is back on.

Are you running another program with a screensaver mode? Like DVD or BD playback, check their settings and disable the screensaver if there is one.

Asus Power4Gear takes over and sets it's Power Plan's even if you have set one of the Windows Power Plans, like Balanced, High Performance, and if the Power4Gear plan has different sleep/screen blank settings those will take over. After the screen comes up, look to see what the current power plan is and check/change its screen/sleep settings.

There are settings that take over when the battery drops below a certain charge level, check those settings too.

There are only so many things that affect the screen blanking/sleep, keep looking

    I don't have ASUS Power4Gear or any DVD\BD.

But I did a restart, and left the laptop alone for a hour and the sleepy mode thing after 5 or less minutes stopped, so I guess the problem solved.. Weird.. Haha, oh well.. I'm happy.
