Hi guys,

I recently purchased a G750 gaming laptop, 16GB RAM, running on windows 8.1,

and I have been experiencing some BSOD issues [all with different error codes].
All my drivers are up to date, I even ran a memory check.

Can someone please tell me what to do?
The store asked me to run it with lesser RAM, but the laptop is brand new

update your windows.. see if there is an old driver.. update them all

Like Sasuke says, update all the drivers that apply to your hardware from the new G750 JM/JS/JZ download areas for Windows 8.1, but also uninstall the ROG Mouse driver, that has caused crashes for many people.

what does all these files in the link you gave me do? and how do i uninstall the ROG mouse driver? sorry very new user
