Weird internet problem with G750JX
Yesterday internet was suddenly not working on my G750JX which has an Atheros wifi card.
I was connected to my wifi like normally and sites just wouldn't load at all, while on my phone I was connected to the same wifi and internet was fast. And now the next day it's working again. I did download 16GB in one day yesterday on my laptop could that be a reason somehow, if so, how? Because that really annoying. Is it my wifi card? I'm looking to get a dual band anyway could anyone recommend a good one for my laptop?

try to see if the drivers are updated (not from asus site) manually and make sure the parameters of the WLAN card are correct.. (Dual Band : On or s.th like that)

I've heard that Intel's are also good wireless cards. The Atheros cards are terrible as a rule.
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

We now have 178 people whose systems will not break! Yippee!
LINUX Users, we have a group!

I love my atheros

but Intel WLAN cards are the best..
