Motherboard compatibilities - need guidance. M4A785TD-V EVO (MB)

I am not quite sure what to choose, for my pc to work out as good as it should!

I need to upgrade my physical memory and my GPU.

As the information on the Asus website says, can I only use GPUS that use DDR3 SDRAM?

And can I only use RAM running the maximum of 1333 MHz (PC-3 10600) frequency?

If someone have the time to reply, and understand this - are you able to explain what the difference is between DDR2/3, GDDR3/ GDDR5 when we talk about GPU?

And what 10600 means after 1333 MHz?
