XMP RAM Debug Code 32

Hi Guys, I need help! I had taken my OC off for some testing of software for a company as I had issues with it. Now I wanted to put it back on after I had finished testing, so I did the same as I did before set the XMP profile for my Memory and bam no boot. set it back to auto and booted into Windows OK. So I tried again. No joy. Each time I tried setting the RAM to run as 2133 speed it wouldn't boot. OK I though, lets try 1800 speed, boots into windows. OK test the RAM. tested OK (1 pass on 4x sticks) I thought great PSU is on its way out (tis old so I ordered a replacement EVGA 1300W) just finished installing, boots into Windows OK. Lets try 2133 speed, no boot, code 32 showing. Back to Auto and booting to Windows OK.

I had previously the week before upgraded to a Asus 770 4GB OC but the OC still ran fine until I took it off.

Please could I have some pointers to as what it could be, please note I don't have another 2011 board, CPU or DDR3 RAM lying around and have no one I know with any (may have DDR3 RAM).
