I believe if I recall correctly the your missing Intel drivers

On the disc or support site there should be 2 Intel drivers one is called like Intel utilities or something I can't remember the exact name but I believe this is what ur missing, there is a second one called Intel management engine, you need both if you don't have them already but I believe you missing the first one which I can't remember the actual name of lol
