G73SW-3DE SCREEN problem

hi guys i'm new here and i came to talk about the problem on my g73sw-3de it just don't show any video even from the bios to windows but you can hear the sounds from operational system i have tried on vga and hdmi and no signal was found.
i hope you can help me

Are you saying your G73SW-3DE is not displaying any video to a 2nd monitor or an LCD TV? What brand and model? If it is a TV be sure you have selected the proper HDMI or RGB input on your TV.

In Screen Resolution, is the 2nd Monitor detectected?

Or are you saying your laptop monitor does not display ANY video?

Sounds like he has NO video at all.

If it's new return it, otherwise set up an RMA with asus.
Read the User's Manual for more info. 😄

no video even in hdmi and vga i will try the flat cable but to found where i can buy is hard ;(

i forgot to say in the post that i bought one new lcd screen and replace and the problem remains
i wanna know what is RMA i'm glad if someone could tell me 🙂

RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization Typically, you contact ASUS and describe your problem. They give you an RMA number to authorize the warranty repair work. You include the RMA number or RMA Application in the box shipped to ASUS.

However, if you just purchased your system, I recommend calling the retailer to see if he will immediately replace it with a new laptop.
