I am not sure if this is normal or not but it takes about 1-2 min for my system to power down. When I click on shut down my monitor/mouse/keyboard all turn off but all fans and all leds inside my case are still on for about 2 min before it completely shuts down. Is this normal for Maximus hero vi?

Removing IRST drivers didn't do anything. Still takes about 1 to 2 min for my system to shut down.

I have the H100i and no it does not cause shutdown issues. It maybe a program running in the back round causing the lengthy shutdown. Run msconfig, select "selective startup" and uncheck "load startup items", reboot and try shutting down again to see if it is "normal".
