Still trying to learn what has most impact on the speed of my machine and since I have 2 kinks in my waterloop i know the machine aint stabile for the heavy stress testing yet but was happy to note that I can get it started and operational for SuperPi and HWBot Prime. I have used the batch files from Arne to stop as many services as I could + some. Seems to be a lot of redundant crap started in windows all the time by various culprit softwares. Hmm seems there should be a an automatic turn off everything by the critical in both benchmarkers and games like BF4 as otherwise the machine run at half speed just due to those ones.
A challenge would be nice, I'm sure Viz will be back soon.
Mats: Run msconfig and select diagnostic mode, that way you will have almost nothing running in the background.
If you run 3dmark you need to enable the futuremark systeminfo service. And you might want to enable all the network stuff if you want access to the net.

Loads of stuff to consider, but diagnostics mode is one of the first. Will give you a good boost in points.
