What is the V Core Temp?

I posted this in the TUF motherboard section but got no answer and I really need to know if I have a serious problem.

I purchased the new Z97 Sabertooth and part of it's new UEFI is temperature monitors for everything.
Well yesterday all my other temps were fine, my 'Core Temp' reading was 36 deg C, but the V Core Temp was in the red at 60 Deg C.
It is back to normal now.

Should I be concerned?

Vcore temp is the VRM temperature; the power delivery chokes and mosfets with the heatsinks on it at the top/side of the CPU socket and even top back of board there is another heatsink. If you are OCing you should get a fan blowing on this, at least the front of the board, for good cooling....
