Grammar [and Spelling Zy, lol] hold there rightful place in halls of academia for the elitist righteous spewing to nauseam that which is already known. Misspelling a word or dangling a participle should never cancel the validity of a fact or the point made.
Communication of original thought, a far more lofty enterprise, started with primitively drawing in dirt with sticks afterall.
It matters little how the story is told as long as it is passed forward to be added to.
Where Grammarphobs and Spellingbots may see a failed teachable moment others see the fun of communicating teachable moments through original thought and levity. imho
I mean, I could care less if I couldn't care less as long as 'we' all reach the next level because somebody cared to, care if they did and care if you did if you care to, you know ???

Anyone with half a brain could work out by saying it in their head that that means they do care somewhat

You don't say "I could give a sh*t" do you? Nope, you say "I couldn't give a sh*t"
