I tried to fit my existing Creative Xfi Extreme Gamer into the motherboard and it would not fit. :mad: Is there a card to fit?

Most any PCIe sound card will work with the M7H.

I assume the use of a PCI-E slot still kills SLI ?

Hi,

I decided to go with the Creative Sound Blaster Z. It is a PCE x1 which will not take up any slots for SLI . I would have gone ASUS but read too many issues with drivers.

The on board sound is equivalent to an $80 - $90 sound card so most are just cointent to stick with that.... I wouldn't replace it unless I was getting near the $200 price point
