What do you guys think of these settings? What else could i do to achieve 3,4ghz?


My specs:
Amd Athlon 2 X4 635 with basic cooling
12 gb RAM
Asus M4A77TD Motherboard
500w Power
Club 3d Radeon HD 6790
Antec Sonata III rig
