Water Cooling Kit solution [HELP] Formula-Z/FX-9590/280X

Hello.
I was thinking about Water Cooling my Computer.

Im gonna buy these things:

AeroCool Strike-X ST (Red)

Water Cooling Solution Kits:
EK-KIT L360 or EKWB EK-KIT H3O 240 HFX
EK ASUS Crosshair V Formula(-Z)

So I am wondering, whats better, rubber or clear tubing?
In the L360 the tubes arent see thru, I would like to see the water with dye.
But will the rubber hose give better durability or are they blowing smoke?
On that note, can I use my PK-1 paste for the CPU or must there be a specific paste?

I also want to water cool my 280x Toxic cards:
http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/step1_complist?gpu_gpus=1192

But I dont know what to get and whats the best solution.
Anyone know can help a fellow out?
I live in Norway so there is a limit on items I can get here, but if I can get them from UK then it wouldnt matter.
Im new to water cooling solutions so share your opinion and give me guide on what you think would be the best and long lasting.

Also want high performance fans that are quiet, stick with the stock cooler or change them, if so, change to what kind?

The EK-KIT L360 is a good kit. I'm pleased with the EK blocks I have on my chvf-z. CPU, MB and 2 GPU's plus a Heatkiller SB block. The EK kit comes with Advanced LRT tubings, it's one of the best.

I have a 360 and a 240 rad. I run 2 D5 pumps in series. I have cpu-mb-sb and 2 gpu blocks plus a flow meter and filter, it's a moderately restrictive loop. The 2 D5's give me 4Lpm flow and I normally run the pumps around 70% for 3.0Lpm. I'm not seeing much better heat extraction above that flow rate.

Nepty, The H80i is insufficient for the FX 9590 CPU as you have obviously found out, especially if you intend OC.
The EK Kit should be just fine to tame that beast FX 9590.
For OC make sure to populated both 8 and 4 pin MB sockets, cause of the TDP draw.
For thermal paste, I use Arctic Silver, not sure about PK-1.
