Keyboard Backlight!

Hi,
I am fairly new to this, I cannot get my keyboards backlight to work.
The FN+ key works with the screen brightness shortcut but no others.
The keys do light up during the start up process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, again I am new so I may need a little more clarification than other folks.

Go to............. http://www.asus.com/ROG_ROG/G74SX/HelpDesk_Download/

Download and reinstall the following:

- ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities
- KB Filter Driver

Also, to turn on the Backlighting its fn+F4
