Not happy

Had a Vulcan Pro headset which the wire broke just a few weeks out of warranty. Was happy to buy a new wire as I love the headset but ASUS could not help me with that. Now I have a Orion Pro headset with the same problem (couple of months old) but because it was brought for me by my son whilst working abroad (cheaper then here in the UK) It's not under warranty. So yet again another headset sitting here not working which seems to be a common fault from reading this forum. ASUS doesn't seem interested in or willing to help fix.
