RMA Expectations

Unfortunately I've had to recently RMA my Matrix Platinum 290x due to the artifact problems. I was just wondering in your guys experience, approximately how long should I expect it to be returned? According to USPS tracking, the card was delivered to Asus this Monday.

This is a video I made showing the artifacts I was having.

I just got my r9 290 back from RMA and nothing was done. No slip to tell me what they did...the just sent the same card back and I still have a GFX card that drops to 8 fps and 0 gpu utilization. Honestly, this is a horrible card. I've read so many people have the same issues. GPU utilization can go from 0-100% at any moment. I regret going with AMD and the R9 series as they have so many issues. I'm going to contact AMD and let them know what I think of my R9 ownership experience.
