Asus GTX 780Ti DCII OC PCB design and the pictures on the
NZXT Kraken G10 website. I would say it's possible to mount the Kraken G10 cooler on the GTX780Ti DCII OC. VRM, capacitor and coil height shouldn't interfere with the 92mm cooling fan on the Kraken G10. GPU cooler mounting holes are the same as on the reference card, therefore I would give it a go.
