Hi All,

I'm new here, hoping to learn as much as I can from you guys and also check out the amazing builds y'all have!
Im a bit on the novice level of PC building/enthusiasm so looking forward to getting new ideas and tips to help get the best out of my hardware.

My last build was 6-7 years ago with a Phenom x4 2.2Ghz so I was well behind with USB2.0 technology & DDR2 for years but have now caught up (FINALLY) and just built this 8-Core AMD 760T rig just last week! So much fun reviving a old hobby!

So I'm thinking of custom watercooling (never done before) but I'm not really sure if its worth it? and if it will heavily reduce temps. Plus, Im really lazy with maintenance so I went Closed loop. But if you have ideas or suggestions on changing my mind, please let me know!

Check it out : )

Very nice indeed Jefff88.

If CPU temps are over what you like, mount a little fan on the back plate of the chip, I did and got a 4-5c drop. It wont help the VRMs much, but there is a solution coming for NB liquid cooling.

Don't you just love those Dominators.

Oh man I love these dominators! Look and perform well!
I might actually try that.. thank you for the tip.. hopefully I can reduce some temps.

Do y'all have any suggestions as to a watercooling kit? i believe ive come across xspc raystorm? any good you reckon?

Well Played. Welcome to ROG ..

Great to see such a Beast on the AMD side of the Game ..
When you get a second and take a notion to how about getting a RealBench v2
Score on the Board ?
Best of Luck. .c.

After you've run the benchmark, you will have the option to upload your results.

Navigate to the "ROG Realbench" folder in the forum, "Realbench V2 [Discussion Forum/Download Links]," and click on the "v2 Leaderboard Link."

From there, find yourself in the line-up!
