So I bought the laptop about a year ago and there a several things that are not working properly.
First of all when I play games like Watch Dogs the audio gets distorted and crackly after about 10 min. of play.
Second the keyboard illumination doesn't work. I have to keep reinstalling the ATK Package and then it will work for about an hour.
Last, sometimes the laptop just stops charging even when it's just charged half. I have to replug it and then it charges for a while.
If somebody has any advice that would be great.
