HD7970 Matrix bug on voltage

Hi,I am using the hd7970 matrix platinum.I used to had some artifacts on games but after reduce the memory voltage and speed now is stable.The other problem that I have is when I turn on my computer the voltage of the GPU in asus GPU TWEAK app it's show 336mv.If I try to play a game then it crash.Then I need to restart my PC.Then the voltage is set to 1400mv after the restart.I manually set it to 1257mv which is the default and everything is fine.In summary I need to make a restart once i turn on the pc in order to set the voltage to 1257mv. Can you help me with this problem? Thanks

Are you able to set your GPU tweak so that it starts and runs the settings on start up?

Yes I click the keep seeting for next start on cloase application and also save it in profile 1 and burn it.
