my pc takes around 1 min to start in window 8.1 pro.(fastboot enabled)

os-window 8.1 pro 64bit-pirated
many times i update my bios and reinstalled os but there is no difference.
this is my new system.how to solve this problem??
and many times q code is 40 and 66.
