Hey.

I just brought me some Parts for a new Setup for a PC.

Asus Maximus VI Formula.
Geforce Gtx 870 Ti.
2x 8GB G-skill Ripjaws DDR3 - 1600HMz
1x Samsung SSD 180GB.
1x 1 TB 3.5 HDD
Intel I7 4970K
Corsair 750W PSU.

When i start up the Pc its just give me the Q Code. A2 and AE after this. and just stay there.

I have tried set a monitor to it on the Motherboard HDMI input, But the screen is just Black and get "No Signal"
Just used alot of Money on this, and this is really mad. So i hope there is someone in here there can help me with this so i can get my New Gamer Computer to Work.

I had the "A2" issue as well when first doing my build.

http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?44962-Maximus-VI-Formula-Code-A2

Mine came to life eventually when I booted my machine with:
1. the monitor connected to the HDMI port of the graphics card,
2. SSD connected to Intel Sata Port 1 (disconnect any other hdds),
3. DVD/Bluray drive connected to Intel Sata Port 3 with Windows 7 disk in the drive (this step doesn't apply to you as you don't appear to have a dvd/bluray drive),
4. Two memory modules installed as per manual,
5. CPU installed correctly with the included intel heatsink and fan
6. All power connectors for motherboard, graphics card, cpu, drives, fans, etc properly connected.

I.e. no keyboard, no mouse, no network cable, etc.

Doing this made it work and see a message about "keyboard not detected". I then connected my USB keyboard - making sure to connect it to the USB 2.0 port! (very important this)!!!! - pressed F1 and voila I had keyboard action and was able to then boot to my DVD drive to install windows (I was doing a fresh install).

Hello Again.

I tried what you told me, and after i unplogged my GPU. I could get to the Bios.

i have only my Optiarc DVD RW in Sata #
And SSD in SATA 1.

But each time i go to "Boot Menu" and select the DVD its just restart and go to the Bios Menu Again.
So how do i get it to boot my Windows 8 CD, without just go to Bios Menu each time O.o ??

Hello

Booting to the UEFI after selecting a boot device indicates that nothing bootable has been found. Please test both your optical drive and the install media in a different system.
