if it is a 280 rad for ex ( 2 x 140mm ) it will hit the mobo, a 240 ( 2x 120 ) it will have a lill more clerance.
when filling the loop i use to have top rad loose so i get all the air out of it ( or else it will not perform as it should ).
do not overtighten or use too long screws or you may damage/puncture the radiator.
and have in/outlet on bottom of reservoar to prevent air coming to the top of your loop and make problems for you.
