Hi,

using it at max resolution is there any reason for me to not be using turbo mode all time (144 hz)?

Also, to enable gsync does it matter if the in game vsync option is set to on or off? I think either way the screen light indicator turns red so I assume gsync is always on if its enabled in the NVIDIA control panel and running full screen?

You can use it at 144Hz all the time.

Generally speaking to enable GSync VSync must be off.

When you enable it in the Nvidia drivers it will automatically turn off VSync as a driver setting, but if the game tries to override it it may cause GSync to turn off. If possible disable it in game (the drivers might just ignore the game asking - I dont know this level of detail), but if the power LED is already red then GSync is active.
