Is it worth chaseing up why the corner of laptop under screen is lifting and wont clip down

you might have to disassemble and lift that keyboard plate to re-clip it. There is a thread that shows how to do it. That thread has to do with changing the keyboard backlight color

As long as the clip isn't broken, you should be able to pop it back into place. If the clip IS broken, then it's probably going to stay like that (check the screws underneath too, as one or more may need a bit of tightening).

The picture is unavailable. Is it the palmrest/keyboard (top case)? Or the speaker cover directly behind the screen?
