playing game then alt+tab screen goes black nothing responds but pc is running

so i was playing cs go then i alt+tab then screen goes blank nothing responds not keyboard or anythink but pc is running whats the problem? the problem stopped after i rebooted windows. this is first time this has happend to me did the windows or monitor crash or somethink? i have benq 144hz monitor with lightboost. Is this just normal? now it has havent happend anymore.

I think you have to tweak shortcuts, example the shortcuts in CS. Press Alt + Tab does not affect the hardware.

Are you overclocking your vga, cpu if so might be the small psu you have, I would never go below a 760 for that rig..

i dident overclock anythink i doubt its anythink caused by my psu:) i think its somethink caused by the alt+tab if it would had happend without doing alt+tab i think then i would look at my hardware side of problems.

only on cs go it has happend. i waited like 20-30secs without respond from the screen so i just restarted pc. it has happend only one time for me. i just want to know if this is normal to happen:) it might be problem that i alt+ tabed back when it was still loading map and it crashed or somethink i dunno. never had this kind of think where screen just stay blank. Its not anythink that happens everytime it was only yesterday it did it once.
