I had the same problem on a ranger vii with bios 1003. I installed the rog connect plus v10106 and now I get some figures for the cpu and fans...but they are way out. cpu shows 4.590Ghz, whilst AI Suite 3 is showing 4.080Ghz. The fan speeds are also about 500rpm higher on the front base than they are in AI Suite...

It seems like BIOS issue as I am experiencing same issue after updating to 1104.

I have the same problem... MH7 bios 1104, no CPU freq on screen.

I managed to fix my problem by:
    1) powering down my PC, detaching the ROG_EXT powering it back up.
(Now all the figures are at 0000)
    2) power down again reconnect the ROG_EXT and power back up.

This time it shows the same MHz as CPUZ - hope this helps anyone.

New version of Front Base Driver fixed the issue (Version 1.01.11 ).

My version is now v44 working properly with bios 1104.
Panel was upgraded without any problems.
