PCI-E flexible Gen 3.0 riser card VS. PCI-E flexible Gen 2.0 riser card
There are a lot of cable on the market
But many do not use
Will not even boot
Especially to PCIE3.0 environment

Test environment ︰ PCIE 3.0 environment 。
Test items︰
1.Test with PCI Express Gen2.0 X16 to X16 175mm。
2.Test with PCI Express Gen3.0 X16 to X16 200mm。
3.Test without PCIe riser cable card 。
CPU︰I5-3470 。
MB︰JW B75-ITX。
GPU︰ PowerColor R9-270X 。
SSD︰DATA SP900 128G。
D-RAM︰Kingston 2G X2 。
Case︰Li Heat Industries Limited. ITX 12 cubic liters 。
Power︰TFX-450W。
OS: Windows 8.1
1.Test with PCI Express Gen2.0 X16 to X16 175mm。
Score︰As you can see in these photos, I've started my computer, but it shows a black screen.

As you can see in the GPU-Z picture, it shows that it is running in PCI-E 3.0 X16 @ X16 3.0

(Why test with cable scores high than without cable?
Because it will not be the same scores at different times. It will between about 72XX~73XX. So actully. it dosen't mean that the scores with cable is higher .)

That is a good one to know.. In case someone want to dunk the whole GPU in a bucket of Ice combined with some serious cooling :-) without getting the rest of the computer full of condensation water
