Hi, sorry to hear the unit has not been working better.
1. Assume it may be tougher to arrange, but wondering if you still have the option to get the notebook back from ASUS Istanbul and take it to ASUS Ankara again to fix under warranty (sorry, I'm located in the U.S. and am not familiar where these offices are exactly).
2. Otherwise, you may need 5 posts before you can send me a Private Message (PM?), but if you can PM me your notebook serial number, RMA number, name and contact information, we can ask our overseas office to look into it, but not sure what will happen at this point, so you may also want to consider other options if they may work better.
