Got my board last week and have everything installed just fine with a 4790k and two sticks of 8GB Corsair Vengeance at 1600MHz. System went together just fine and nothing was damaged or anything. However, as soon as I powered the system up, this happened.

Only happens when I boot after the PSU has been turned off at the wall. If I shut down then turn back on without turning the whole PSU off, it doesn't happen. Why is this? Is the board faulty?
