Hi fellas
I have a Asus Rampage III extreme (stock cooling) running i7 980 extreme (water cooled), quad gtx 590 (water cooled) and Corsair Vengeance 12GB (3x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Triple Channel Kit.

I would like to know if its best to use the extreme tweaker from the Bios to get to 4.1 / 4.2 speeds or can anyone recommend good settings to OC? Some say its better to do this manually and some are ok using the tweak facillity. Not sure if I need to do anything with memory either but any advise would be helpful so I can compare to other settings and recomendations I found so far on the forum.

Reason for wanting to OC is quad sli set up and when i work from home to need to run some mem intensive editing software.
