Yep, on the phone with them now. He's saying the CPU is not compatible at all with 2400 @ 32gig

    EDIT:

He says the CPU is only certified at 1333 and 1600 @ 32gigs. I'm atesting it at 1600, again to see if it works

When I put it to XMP at 1600 @ 32gig the system crashes out with a Blue Screen of death.

Yep, you already tried it at 1600MHz and it didn't go. Are they going to RMA your cpu for you?

They said to call corsair first, so I did and they have already ran tests up to 2666, so they know this type of ram should work. They said there are two possibilities, its the ram or the cpu's imc chip as I couldn't even go to 1600 without it blue screening. On the phone with Intel again.

Intel is being pretty stubborn, or at least the agent I have currently. He doesn't understand that my computer crashed out at 1600 and that the CPU isnt able to go anything over 1600 because of their CVL list(which corsair disproved) ...so now I'm on hold

Be persistent with them, tell them it just wont run the ram at 1600MHz and you've tested the ram and there are no errors. They are usually pretty good about doing rma's.

Yep, I am keep telling him that. He says it's the motherboard or the memory. This is getting frustrating at this point lol, he is not understanding that it crashes out at 1600.

Tell them it can do 16GB at 2400MHz no problem but as soon as you add the other 16GB it cannot and will not run at 1600MHz. Tell them you tested all the ram with memtest86 and there are no errors. Keep being persistent they should rma it for you.

Yep call them back and get another agent on the phone and tell them you were just on the phone and the last agent insulted you. Tell them now you are not a very happy customer because your cpu cannot do what it is specified to do and you were insulted. If it were me I would tell them I'd like to file a complaint on the last agent.

    That is very un-intel like.
