i have 128gb ssd and i want to move this files from 128gb to 240 gb but win7 in 128 gb ssd how i do this?

Copy the files manually from one SSD to the other.

when i do this in win 7?

Yes. Copy them just like you would do with any external HDD or USB pendrive.
