Nice! Thanks Raja...looking forward to playing with the new stuff...interesting DDR4 info and the eventual voltage. Can I ask how many processors you had to get the average OC figures?

Use 125 strap for memory speeds over ddr4-2400. 100 strap needs some tuning. Boards will set 125 strap automatically when xmp is used over ddr4-2400 speeds. 100 strap currently needs some manual tuning. Intel were slow to patch the dram ratios but its been done now so we can start defining our auto rules.

You don't need to worry about the timings much, leave most on auto.

how is it possible, the effectivity with DDR4 is so good? Latencies are worse than DDR3 and still with the same frequency are better in Superpi 32M. Its all about IMC of CPU in this case?

DDR4 can handle higher sustained IO due to electrical improvements. Most performance from memory on these architectures comes from read to read, write to write, read to write and write to read delays (tertiary timings). That's where DDR4 can be better than DDR3. The auto values for most of those scale pretty well, too. There isn't much need to adjust things other than slamming voltage into DIMMs to bring the read and write CAS values down (to reduce RTL).
And yes, some of the improvements in performance also come from the on-die cache.

I'm new to overclocking and I wonder in what the Rampage V is better than the X99-Deluxe, is it mainly about designing the board much for a gamer like removing an ethernet port and providing better built in sound or can you expect higher overclocks on such board ?
